Positive inserts
Positive inserts with clearance angle: smooth cutting and reduced forces. Ideal for finishing, thin parts, boring and low-power lathes.
Positive turning inserts for finishing and small diameters
Positive inserts have a 7° (CCMT, DCMT, SCMT, TCMT, VCMT) or 5° (VBMT) clearance and a countersunk hole for the clamping screw. They cut with low forces: they are ideal for finishing, boring and internal turning, thin-walled parts and low-power lathes.
The ground versions CCGT, DCGT, TCGT, VBGT and VCGT have a sharp, polished edge for aluminium and non-ferrous alloys, while the cermet versions give an excellent finish on steels.

Ball nose end mill with reinforced tapered neck for copy milling and finishing of deep cavities with drafted walls: more rigidity, less vibration, up to 65 HRC.
35° right-hand spiral flute tap for blind holes in structural and annealed steels: the chip flows back towards the shank. TiN, 12 – 15° rake.
40° right-hand spiral flute tap for blind holes in quenched and tempered and alloy steels: the chip flows back towards the shank. TiCN, 10 – 12° rake.
4-flute carbide end mill for steels, alloy steels and cast irons up to 54 HRC, and up to 65 HRC in the hardened-steel version. Available short or long, with or without reduced neck.
2-flute torus end mill with relieved cylindrical neck for ribs, deep pockets and mould details: it works where the shank cannot reach, up to 65 HRC.

Inserts and cutting tools for CNC machine shops. Dedicated grades for every ISO group, from steel to aluminium, from superalloys to hardened steels, with cutting data in every product sheet.
