Long-neck end mills for moulds

Machining deep in mould cavities requires end mills with a relieved neck: the neck is thinner than the cutting edge and does not touch the walls. The cylindrical neck suits ribs and vertical walls; the reinforced tapered neck follows the draft angle and is stiffer, so it vibrates less.

They are available as 2-flute torus and ball nose versions for 3D finishing and copy milling.
